日本福祉大学大学院社会福祉学研究科 修了
児童養護施設職員として在職中、従来の施設型支援や児童相談所を拒む子どもと出会う。支援の重複や機会の不平等に直面し、子どもたちを支援や保護の対象（客体）として捉えるのではなく、課題解決の主体として迎え、2012年に全国こども福祉センターを設立、2013年法人化。子ども・若者や路上生活者と共に街中で交流拠点を築き、2万4千人以上に交流と活動の機会を提供。2019年に『子ども・若者が創るアウトリーチ』出版。
中京学院大学短期大学部専任講師を経て、愛知文教女子短期大学准教授に就任。主な論文に「若年被害女性等支援モデル事業におけるアウトリーチの方法」『日本の科学者』（本の泉社）がある。

Born in Hokkaido, Japan, in 1982 and graduated from Nihon Fukushi Graduate University.
While working as a child care facility worker, he encountered children who refused institutional support or child guidance centers. Faced with duplication of support and unequal opportunities, we welcomed children not as objects of support or protection, but as subjects of problem-solving, and established the National Children's Welfare Center in 2012, which became a corporation in 2013. . Together with children, young people, and people living on the streets, we have built exchange hubs in the city, providing opportunities for interaction and activities to over 24,000 young people and people living on the streets. In 2019, “Outreach Created by Children and Young People” was published.
After working as a full-time lecturer at Chukyo Gakuin University Junior College, she became an associate professor at Aichi Bunkyo Women's Junior College. Her main papers include "Methods of outreach in model projects to support young victimized women" in "Japanese Scientists" (Hon no Izumisha).
首相官邸で行われた表彰式で岸田文雄首相は「こども若者一人ひとりに寄り添い、支えていくための力強い支援者だ」と評価。「素晴らしい取り組みを全国に伝え、こどもまんなか社会の実現のための支援の輪を広げていきたい」と述べた。
